As an enterprise engaged in the research, development and manufacture of highly reliable auto integrated circuit and related products, it possesses a multiple of core technologies in the field of auto core chip and chip packing and testing. At present, as production of highly reliable automotive core chip in China semiconductor industry, it has been successfully developed AVR voltage regulator chip, which has received great attention in the industry and has been recognized by a number of well-known host plants.

The first-phase packing production lines of the company are located in A1, Shuguxiang Park, Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone, with 20 employees. The project team is set up by members from the Semiconductor Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Nanchuan , its main products include automotive alternator regulator, starter protector, motor controller and other automotive power control electronic devices.
